Solace House of the Ozarks is not an emergency placement facility. Referrals are accepted Tuesday--Friday each week (excluding holidays), and take 24-72 hours for review and processing. Admissions are dependent on bed and volunteer availability. Weekend transfers are not guaranteed at this time.

Our home is designed to provide a home for those that have nowhere else to go.  Perhaps their family doesn't have the appropriate space, or they do not have someone to be there for them regularly.

 

What requirements does a potential guest need to meet?

1) the guest must be contracted with a hospice provider

2) the guest should have a terminal diagnosis and approximately a 30 day prognosis
